The Library is your one-stop browser for samples, presets, drum kits, MIDI loops, and full project starters. It ships with hundreds of packs and grows with anything you upload or download from the community.
Controller layouts that follow you
When you assign Sampler pads with MIDI Learn, the layout is stored against the controller's model name. Plug the same model in on any computer and your layout loads. Working on a shared project? If a collaborator owns the same controller, their layout loads for you until you make your own.
Browsing
Open the Library from the left rail. Filter by type (samples, presets, kits, loops, projects), genre, BPM, key, and tier. Hover any item to audition; drag straight onto a track, rack, or pad to use it.

- Pro unlocks the full first-party pack catalog.
- Studio adds expansion packs, multi-sampled acoustic instruments, and early access to new releases.
Uploads & fingerprints
Drop any audio file onto the Library to add it to your personal collection. On upload we compute an audio fingerprint and BPM/key estimate so the sample slots into search immediately and de-duplicates across your account.
remix:<stem> and remix-slice — filter by those tags to pull them up fast.Importing packs, kits and projects
Open Library → Import and drop in a sample pack ZIP, a drum kit or instrument rack preset, or a collected project ZIP from another DAW. You get a preview first: tick the sounds you want, and duplicates are skipped. Sounds are analysed and sorted into kicks, snares, hats, bass and so on, and kits land on the 16 pads.
Projects keep tempo, time signature, locators, tracks with names, colours, volume and pan, MIDI clips, audio clips, scenes, return buses and volume automation. Effects become our matching effects with default settings. Third party plugins can't run in the browser, so the import report lists exactly what converted, what changed and what was skipped, with a link to open the new project.
Community & Showcase
- Community — public packs uploaded by other users. Rated, tagged, and moderated. Anything you publish here is licensed CC-BY by default; you can change the license per pack.
- Showcase — finished tracks from the community, browsable as listenable project files. Open one to inspect every track, preset, and automation lane.
